These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Knead to Chill Glasgow website and to the booking of treatments provided by Knead to Chill Glasgow (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By using this website or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Our Services

The complementary therapy treatments offered by Knead to Chill Glasgow are intended to promote wellbeing and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. If you have concerns about your health, you should seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional.

3. Eligibility

Treatments are available to clients aged 18 years and over. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Bookings

Appointments are booked through KiBook, our online booking system. All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation.

The appointment duration includes any consultation, health assessment and changing time.

Knead to Chill Glasgow reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking where treatment would be unsuitable or unsafe, or where these Terms & Conditions have not been met.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and is processed securely through KiBook. The remaining balance will be charged to the saved payment method after the appointment.

Prices may be amended at any time but will not affect appointments that have already been confirmed.

6. Cancellations

By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy.

Cancellation requests must be made directly to Knead to Chill Glasgow.

More than 24 hours' notice

You may cancel your appointment for a full refund of your deposit.

Less than 24 hours' notice

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, your 50% deposit will be retained.

No-show

If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your appointment time and have not contacted Knead to Chill Glasgow, your appointment will be treated as a no-show. Your 50% deposit will be retained.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment may be shortened where necessary to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. The full treatment fee will still apply.

Cancellation by Knead to Chill Glasgow

If Knead to Chill Glasgow needs to cancel or rearrange an appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund of any deposit paid.

7. Health Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date health information before each appointment.

Any changes to your health, medical conditions or medication should be disclosed before treatment.

Knead to Chill Glasgow reserves the right to modify, postpone or decline treatment where it is considered unsuitable or unsafe.

8. Right to Refuse Treatment

Knead to Chill Glasgow reserves the right to refuse, postpone or discontinue treatment where:

treatment is considered unsafe
a contraindication is present
appropriate consent cannot be obtained
inappropriate, abusive or threatening behaviour occurs
treatment falls outside our professional scope of practice.

Where treatment is discontinued due to inappropriate behaviour, no refund will be issued.

9. Professional Standards

All treatments are provided in a professional manner and appropriate draping will be used throughout.

Clients are expected to behave respectfully throughout their appointment.

10. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while attending appointments. Please ensure that valuables are kept with you or removed from the treatment area before treatment begins.

11. Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including text, photographs, images, logos and graphics, is the property of Knead to Chill Glasgow and is protected by copyright.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
